Terms of Service for Jamiel Laurence Creation Offers

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Any cancellation will result in the fee being held as a credit towards future offers from Jamiel Laurence Creation.

2. Refund Policy:

   • We do not offer refunds for any payments made for our offerings.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Payments must be made in full prior to participation and are processed directly via Stripe.

4. Liability:

   • While our organization maintains teachers' insurance and production insurance, participants are liable for any injuries or ongoing issues that are deemed to be pre-existing or as a result of their participation in any of our offerings.

5. Code of Conduct:

   • Any behavior deemed unprofessional will result in expulsion from the program at the discretion of the senior management team.

6. Privacy Policy:

   • We adhere to privacy standards regarding the handling of participants' personal information. Participants will be automatically added to the Fundamentally Dance mailing list related to productions and events.

7. Promotional Filming and Photography:

   • There may be promotional filming or photography during our events and programs. Participants must inform our team if they do not wish to be captured.

8. Intellectual Property Rights:

   • All intellectual property rights for any creative material developed during our offerings belong to the choreographer or creator of that material.

9. Health and Safety:

   • A first aider will be on site in accordance with our insurance policy to ensure participant safety.

10. Accessibility:

    • We strive to achieve accessibility where possible, depending on the capabilities of the venue.

11. Dispute Resolution:

    • Disagreements will be handled by the senior management team at Fundamentally Dance.
